1. Immediately Available: Distribution and transfer of coins to owners is now active and readily available for immediate shipment:

   1. Outside the United States of America (USA), reference this List of Legality by Jurisdiction; sales are approved except where a government license or registration is required (Australia, Canada, Japan, United Kingdom, etc.)

   2. Due to regulatory requirements direct sales to retail customers within the USA are currently limited, distribution is approved for the states of Montana and Wisconsin (only).

2. On-line Transfers: Peer-to-Peer (P2P) and Internet (IPv4) based transfers completed.

3. Off-line Transfers: Flash Drive USB off-line physical coin distribution is completed.
